Managing Energy and Light -- and Karma

One of the things I love about Facebook is the opportunity to connect and network with people I might otherwise never have met. There are so many wonderful movers and shakers in the mix. They flag stuff I miss and I hope I flag a few things they like as well. Sandy the Nurse posted the 2 items I am sharing today.
The difference between Chi Gung and other forms of energy management routines for me is that the focus is very much on identifying, engaging and building your Chi/Prana - life force energy. It is a low impact exercise but the power one receives in return _ I believe _ is life saving. This site promotes Chi Gung and some upcoming seminars you might check out.
