You are the sum of your heart...
The new year ushered in for me another twist in my ever-expanding 6th sense abilities. And, as it is in the metaphysical charade game, I wasn't exactly sure what was happening or how to refer to it.
The arrival of one of my Grandmother's books helped to give me a frame of reference. Thank you to my Aunt for sending it on to me. (I love that Grandmother underlined what she felt to be significant passages and made personal notes in the jacket cover -- and dogeared her favorite places. ) There is a piece of her in every one of her books. Spirit usually has a hand in connecting the dots. This was perfect timing.
The new quirk is an audible voice speaking to me - not always the same voice - when Andy leaves in the morning. It seems to be getting stronger. At first, the voice sounded like it was a foot or two away and beside my head.
Then, it shifted closer and came from inside the pillow. Today, it was louder and had a new, solid resonance. However, the clear distinction for me that it was not in my head...where I might actually hear it clearly...was that it was directed to my left ear - the one that has hearing loss due to a surgery as a child.
Although, it usually says my name, this time it was muddled because it was trying to speak in the wrong ear. Suggesting this spirit communicator still has a thing or two to learn about me.
The amazing part - the pillow and my ear vibrated with the sound. Resonance. The volume is being pumped up. Wow. So we are working on fine-tuning this new ability to be able to get more than one word to work with.
The activity has been progressing over the last month and is referred to in my Grandmother's book - Ena Twigg: Medium. Reviewing her material helped to give me an idea what I might be hearing. And the book is a gem in and of itself. Ena was ahead of her time. With so much talk now about how "everything is energy" and that being a new sort of assessment - she offers that view in the book that was written in the early 70s. She asked why it is that we have to reinvent the wheel with each generation. Apparently, it's how we learn.
So this new sound is not an inner voice or a spirit guide on a different plane. It is coming into our manifest plane - which requires a different effort. Clearly, the guides and my spirit helpers are all helping me to get to a new level. Welcome to 2010.
