Programs cover a wide range of Mind-Body-Spirit/Alternative Awareness/PSI topics, including: Consciousness, UFO, Metaphysics, Paranormal and Energy Medicine.

Ongoing personal experiences with extraordinary and unexplained seen/unseen phenomena underscore my belief in a world abundant with wonders we haven't yet begun to fathom.

Experiencers, via their unique encounters, give us glimpses and clues to what potentials creation has yet to reveal when we are willing to listen to the call of the muse and curious enough to table our fear and explore the unknown inner and outer limits of being.

And the answers are there, teasing us in quirks, quarks and fantastic anomalies.

My proof
- and that is the whole point of this reality thing being very personal and unique to the individual experiencer - the light beside me goes off for a moment and then comes on again as I am composing this introduction, underscoring the "quirk" factor and the representation of the ever-present, unseen support in this adventure.

Managing Time Out

Some friends of mine work in an office. They were getting really nervous from their coffee breaks, so they started to have wig breaks. They tried on wigs for 15 minutes. They found this relaxing. So that's Wig Therapy. - Laurie Anderson

It may be documented that productivity can be increased by creating regular intervals for time out but when a time sensitive project is calling or project enthusiasm makes it hard to back off a chosen endeavor, there are a few enticements that might seduce you into giving yourself a much needed break. Pick one you will do or try Meditation. Free music podcasts set the tone .... Podcast Studio Tranquil is provided by N*tranced Hypnosis and Guided Meditation. N*tranced also features another free podcast about hypnosis called Be N*tranced. Bookmark it - I did. Hypnosis works wonders for me. Free stuff also helps.

I also like the site and content because it is simple and the artists are eclectic and varied. I chose the harp music first. What a shift! And it was immediate. If you need to manage a few breaks into your routine, this might be a good start. Refreshed and renewed, you have more to offer the project at hand.

Big picture: Including routine time outs creates a lifestyle that honors a time-sensitive, stress sensitive, physical mobile unit that might be a bit stronger when given a break from excess wear and tear on the internal framework. While you may not see immediate damage from burning the candle at both ends ... you will feel it. Time out - and enjoy your opportunity to just breathe.............
