Shows are daily at 9 pm central time

Conscious Living with Wendy Garrett is produced by Empower Radio and featured on empoweradio, iheart, itunes, stitcher and various independent youtube channels. Programs cover a wide range of Mind-Body-Spirit/Alternative Awareness/PSI topics, including: Consciousness, UFO, Metaphysics, Paranormal and Energy Medicine.

Ongoing personal experiences with extraordinary and unexplained seen/unseen phenomena underscore my belief in a world abundant with wonders we haven't yet begun to fathom.

Experiencers, via their unique encounters, give us glimpses and clues to what potentials creation has yet to reveal when we are willing to listen to the call of the muse and curious enough to table our fear and explore the unknown inner and outer limits of being.

And the answers are there, teasing us in quirks, quarks and fantastic anomalies.

My proof
- and that is the whole point of this reality thing being very personal and unique to the individual experiencer - the light beside me goes off for a moment and then comes on again as I am composing this introduction, underscoring the "quirk" factor and the representation of the ever-present, unseen support in this adventure.

Thank you for your interest and for listening. I hope you enjoy the shows! - wendy ... and the nightlights ;)

Law of Attraction Hawaiian Style

Miracles happen to those who believe in them. - Bernard Berenson

Law of Attraction - You get what you put out. Whatever has your focus and your energy shows up in the events/things that appear in your life.

If you are focused on food... Poof. Recipes, ideas, awareness, everything flows and centers around food. If you are focused on how nice people can be at the checkout line - you are in that energy and pulling in those who will be nice to you in the checkout line. And when you are focused on how easy it is to get along with others, you find creative ways to get along with others.... Focus on sorrow and you will find reasons to be sad.

You get what you affirm and resonate as your belief. Belief is a sincere state of being, energizing, vibrating, resonating. You are what you say. Platitudes have no energy to attract. They are the lampshade without a lamp. You may be talking it but you ain't walking it.

Success resides in the energy of the practitioner. Possession of material wealth or accessories can be misleading as all is in a state of flux. Energy doesn't lie.

Example: the Dalai Lama doesn't need to show you a flashy car and six mansions to prove he is spiritually wealthy and capable of creating abundance. He is focused on a greater good. The material abundance he manifests is for others. Just a reminder that material wealth is what it is...transparent and temporary. No judgment. Material wealth is wonderful to experience but spiritual wealth is our birthright. If we choose to tap into it, everything else becomes relative.
We ARE wealthy.

I supplied the link for this already but wanted to include the meat because it actually provides a recipe to put information from "The Secret" in use. From Huna.org

"Huna" means "The Secret"by Serge Kahili King

"One nice thing about the Hawaiian version of the secret is that it includes specific instructions for putting it into practice. These instructions can be found in the roots of a little-understood Hawaiian word, haipule, a term relating to a process for making good things happen.

"The actual process, according to my Hawaiian uncle, William Kahili, is found in root meanings of the word. More accurately, the roots describe four ways to maintain a positive focus, which is the key ingredient of the secret.

"Ha, meaning "life, breath, spirit."

"Breathe deeply and get emotionally excited while thinking about what you want, or at least feel as positive and happy as you can. When you lose your focus, breathe deeply to get back into the present and start over.

"I, meaning "to speak."

"Speak the words that describe what you want, aloud or silently. When you find yourself speaking negative words related to what you want, stop, breathe, and go back to saying what you want instead.

"Pu, meaning "to issue forth, to appear like smoke."

"This is a poetic description of imagination. Imagine what you want in as much sensory detail as you can. When you find yourself imagining what you don't want, stop, breathe, and imagine what you want again.

"Le, a short form of lele meaning, basically, "to move."

"Whenever you are thinking or speaking about what you want, assume a positive posture and move in confident ways. When you find yourself feeling depressed, helpless or disillusioned in relation to what you want, stop, take a deep breath, and change your posture or the way you move into a more positive and confident mode.

"You don't have to do everything every time you think of what you want, but each method reinforces the other and helps you to maintain your positive expectation."

This stuff is so easy to say. The best results come from incorporating the philosophy into a life practice. And that is up to you. A life coach or spiritual adviser can help you determine how you are walking your talk.
