Shows are daily at 9 pm central time

Conscious Living with Wendy Garrett is produced by Empower Radio and featured on empoweradio, iheart, itunes, stitcher and various independent youtube channels. Programs cover a wide range of Mind-Body-Spirit/Alternative Awareness/PSI topics, including: Consciousness, UFO, Metaphysics, Paranormal and Energy Medicine.

Ongoing personal experiences with extraordinary and unexplained seen/unseen phenomena underscore my belief in a world abundant with wonders we haven't yet begun to fathom.

Experiencers, via their unique encounters, give us glimpses and clues to what potentials creation has yet to reveal when we are willing to listen to the call of the muse and curious enough to table our fear and explore the unknown inner and outer limits of being.

And the answers are there, teasing us in quirks, quarks and fantastic anomalies.

My proof
- and that is the whole point of this reality thing being very personal and unique to the individual experiencer - the light beside me goes off for a moment and then comes on again as I am composing this introduction, underscoring the "quirk" factor and the representation of the ever-present, unseen support in this adventure.

Thank you for your interest and for listening. I hope you enjoy the shows! - wendy ... and the nightlights ;)

The personal life deeply lived always expands into truths beyond itself. - Anais Nin

Spirituality & Health lists the 30 spiritually literate films of 2006. I narrowed it to five of the most playful and uplifting selections.

Five of the Top 30 -

1 - Happy Feet
2 - Riding Alone for Thousands of Miles
3 - Akeelah and the Bee
4 - Little Miss Sunshine
5 - Venus

...and you can get the rest of the list here after you subscribe or buy the March/April 2007 issue. The complimentary CD from Sounds True is a wonderful bonus! *Not available on line.

Couldn't find a reference to What the Bleep in prior recommendations. I was curious. I am curious whether the new Way of the Peaceful Warrior will make a showing - doubtful. However, the current list is chock full of insightful, thought-provoking selections.

The focus of the magazine is on research-based information. Needless to say, The Secret got a cool (the polite term) reception. Yes, I do buy into channeling but I also appreciate having access to a resource for spirituality oriented topics that makes an effort to keep an eye on the BS factor.

No matter my personal appreciation for some of the wonderful inspiration channeled material can provide, the source of that material is much too ambiguous to present the information as factual. And those of us who channel continue to work on that. I doubt our source is as "out there" as we tend to assume. At present, we lack the ability to categorize it; one reason why I chose the opening quote.
