- and that is the whole point of this reality thing being very personal and unique to the individual experiencer - the light beside me goes off for a moment and then comes on again as I am composing this introduction, underscoring the "quirk" factor and the representation of the ever-present, unseen support in this adventure.

The simplify message addresses the need to remove some of the physical clutter in order to remove the mental clutter. When working with realize just how crowded the stuff and stuffing of life can become. Cleaning house frequently helps reduce mixed messages and avoid toxic overload from carrying all sorts of stuff you have been programmed to think you need.

10 Tips on How to Simplify Your Life and Improve Your Insight.
  1. Claim your priorities.
  2. Cut out all activities that do not reflect your core values.
  3. Say no to things you have no interest in doing rather than doing them half ---.
  4. Reduce your media addiction. (Like it or not - you are programmed by all you ingest. For an intuitive, that information overload is really annoying.)
  5. And in that same vein, turn off the TV.
  6. Stop spending time with or doing things that sap your energy.
  7. Get the finances in order to reduce stress.
  8. Clean House - throw out, give away or donate items you never or rarely use and do not replace them.
  9. Create time to relax, play and enjoy your day.
  10. Focus on what you really want to achieve in life.
And the reason to do that clutter reduction and simplification? Trying to carry on a dialog with too many mental voices kills insight. In western culture, the number one voice we are programmed to respond to hundreds of times a day is: "I want." From the minute our eyes open in the morning we begin to filter, process, and evaluate information geared to create the perfect consumer....we have to dodge those triggers that make us spend money on items we may....but far more often....we don't need. And when you realize how much advertising propaganda permeates every waking second, that goal is much harder to achieve than one might think. But we start and go forward.

A little organization and free space can improve focus and clarity. We have less time for distractions and more time for life!
