Ongoing personal experiences with extraordinary and unexplained seen/unseen phenomena underscore my belief in a world abundant with wonders we haven't yet begun to fathom.

Experiencers, via their unique encounters, give us glimpses and clues to what potentials creation has yet to reveal when we are willing to listen to the call of the muse and curious enough to table our fear and explore the unknown inner and outer limits of being.

And the answers are there, teasing us in quirks, quarks and fantastic anomalies.

My proof
- and that is the whole point of this reality thing being very personal and unique to the individual experiencer - the light beside me goes off for a moment and then comes on again as I am composing this introduction, underscoring the "quirk" factor and the representation of the ever-present, unseen support in this adventure.

Letting Go, It Does a Body Good

The body is a wonderful tool. Aches and pains are actually indicators of various types of dis-ease we are working with and out. Meditation and conscious focus through Kinesiology can help to identify the cause.

When you have worked yourself into a frenzy of fear and resistance...for whatever reason, the body will respond by seizing up and creating blocks of energy. Understanding that you are manifesting energy knots in your body as you think, fret, worry, and stew should be encouragement enough to readjust your thoughts.

Meditation, massage, and movement are helpful to work out the daily kinks you may already have inadvertently stored before they manifest as a full blown ailment.

It's food for thought. Balance in all things helps to keep us in the flow. When life is too frantic and hectic and we have no chance to relax, we are forced to relax through illness. When it comes to health we can be pro-active or re-active. It is up to us. And really, when you put your mind to it... as you created your dis-ease, you can uncreate it too.
