Shows are daily at 9 pm central time

Conscious Living with Wendy Garrett is produced by Empower Radio and featured on empoweradio, iheart, itunes, stitcher and various independent youtube channels. Programs cover a wide range of Mind-Body-Spirit/Alternative Awareness/PSI topics, including: Consciousness, UFO, Metaphysics, Paranormal and Energy Medicine.

Ongoing personal experiences with extraordinary and unexplained seen/unseen phenomena underscore my belief in a world abundant with wonders we haven't yet begun to fathom.

Experiencers, via their unique encounters, give us glimpses and clues to what potentials creation has yet to reveal when we are willing to listen to the call of the muse and curious enough to table our fear and explore the unknown inner and outer limits of being.

And the answers are there, teasing us in quirks, quarks and fantastic anomalies.

My proof
- and that is the whole point of this reality thing being very personal and unique to the individual experiencer - the light beside me goes off for a moment and then comes on again as I am composing this introduction, underscoring the "quirk" factor and the representation of the ever-present, unseen support in this adventure.

Thank you for your interest and for listening. I hope you enjoy the shows! - wendy ... and the nightlights ;)

Building Trust

We are never deceived; we deceive ourselves. - Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

When we finally realize mistrust stems from our own inner turmoil - we stop accusing others of trying to deceive us and seek guidance from within.

We cease blaming the window dressing and the environment and learn to adapt and create new avenues of awareness that provide constant measure of our own input/output. We trust others - to perfectly reveal who they are when we understand what we reveal is also reflected in our environment. It is a different way of trusting.

We learn to say, "I trust I am always in the right place at the right time. Whatever I encounter is here to challenge me to hone my ability to right myself and to move forward with my own internal navigator."

"I am deceived only to the extent that I am willing to deceive myself. When I stumble, I learn. I do not judge. I acknowledge my need to improve and stretch beyond my current ability. I acknowledge my need to grow and those who challenge me - force me to grow beyond whatever limits I have accepted or imposed upon myself."

Finally we accept and say, "Even if my path works like a charm for me, my answers are my own. Others are welcome to try them but we are unique in our ability and our gifts. Each must find his own answer."

**And we realize some of our long held mindsets and beliefs could probably use a thorough house cleaning. ; ) Things I used to believe.... a collection of childhood fodder.
