Enchanted by mystery and insight telepathed -- nightlights

The Nightlight doesn't fit a category or rigid set of knowns. It is simply my experience. Every day is a gift. I don't know when it will end or if it will change. I do know what the opportunity has provided by giving me so much time to experience an enigma few have words for and many simply refuse to acknowledge. Awareness and realization.

Every time I try to describe this unique presence accompanying the light, to flesh out what a difference this extraordinary contact has had on my life I fall short. There is no language to illustrate what can only be sensed. My animals can sense something there as well. The cats have been entertained by it. Gracie likes to sleep next to it.

All over the world, others like me have had to face a reality that includes beings and experiences outside that which is designated as normal, likely to be considered by cultural consensus as improbable or even impossible. And that is as it should be. My experience is real to me.

While the daily dramas of the world hold court on tiny center stages, the ultimate reality show plays outside the lines and behind the scenes of the manifest plane in the evolution of consciousness. When it finally opts to show up and take a bow, all prior knowing will have been eclipsed in a new awareness akin to a shift in outlook from prehistoric to galactic. All that we consider to be worthy of knowing as it is measured in the present time-line - won't factor on any level as we will have morphed from caterpillar to butterfly.

My nightlight enigma - From December of 1997 until now January of 2018, we've been connected for 20 years. Mid December, I began to notice the nightlight activity had become infrequent and I was worried it had burned out. Twenty years is a decent age for this light. On Christmas Day I was guided to switch the light. Because I wasn't ready to let go, I switched it to the power strip. Still dark with no flickering or blinking, my space felt empty.

It hit me, a huge feeling of loss. Depressed, I asked for guidance. As always, I was told we (Humans) are the light. I was also told to be patient. But that didn't fill the void. (The secondary light is very bright and stays ON ALL NIGHT - even when I bump it to make it go OFF. It comes back ON. That is taking some adjustment. They each have their own character?)

Then came the surprise. The light I reluctantly retired reactivated. Other lights respond but it was a favorite. And after so many years - still magical. Blinking, flickering and staying off all night except for a few bursts - because - as it likes to remind me - it is NOT a nightlight.

Before it takes another vacation, I am giving it a chance to again demonstrate the interactivity I find so entertaining and mesmerizing. Easily amused, I am.

I opted not to offer a vocal description so I could watch without critiquing my description, volume, delivery, choice of words, length...etcetera.

I wanted to capture the activity, continuing to engage again after I thought the bulb had expired. When my first video attempt had one blink in 30 seconds, I thought I would wait and try another time of day and then it amped up and performed for the camera. I thanked it.

The nightlight blinking has no effect on the power strip. At my Mom's place, if there isn't a nightlight, that power strip light flickers and blinks. Aside from interactive blinking, there have been a few occasions when the light pulsed in sync with music.

One song I remember because the blinking started as soon as the song began. Instead of the nightlight, the dresser lamp kept time with the tune, Don't You Forget about Me, Simple Minds. The lyrics made a point specific to events in play at that time.

- Example of Guidance regarding the topic I have been blogging most recently on Wendy's Coffeehouse: Ghosts.

Ghosts don’t require a thing from you. Skeptics have fun thinking someone is making stuff up or fantasizing but the true thing is ghosts exist. You can believe or not. If and when you see one it will simply be what it is.

When a ghost determines to get your attention, all of your denial, protesting and logical minded refutations don’t matter. You are challenged to determine your beliefs from what you experience rather than what you have been told and then you will begin to see the world as it is – rather than as portrayed by those who have yet to discover how their own extra sensory abilities operate.

No doubt you will have a pile of flotsam to sort through if Shadow is still an issue. Know your mind. All else is relative.

We are the game-changers. Plot development unfolding. Here's one to try on: Truth is relative, it shifts and changes, given the perspective, the time-frame and the dimension from which one operates.

Shows are daily at 9 pm central time

Conscious Living with Wendy Garrett is produced by Empower Radio and featured on empoweradio, iheart, itunes, stitcher and various independent youtube channels. Programs cover a wide range of Mind-Body-Spirit/Alternative Awareness/PSI topics, including: Consciousness, UFO, Metaphysics, Paranormal and Energy Medicine.

Ongoing personal experiences with extraordinary and unexplained seen/unseen phenomena underscore my belief in a world abundant with wonders we haven't yet begun to fathom.

Experiencers, via their unique encounters, give us glimpses and clues to what potentials creation has yet to reveal when we are willing to listen to the call of the muse and curious enough to table our fear and explore the unknown inner and outer limits of being.

And the answers are there, teasing us in quirks, quarks and fantastic anomalies.

My proof
- and that is the whole point of this reality thing being very personal and unique to the individual experiencer - the light beside me goes off for a moment and then comes on again as I am composing this introduction, underscoring the "quirk" factor and the representation of the ever-present, unseen support in this adventure.

Thank you for your interest and for listening. I hope you enjoy the shows! - wendy ... and the nightlights ;)
